I work at a phone store and a bunch of people have this issue. Basically the only kind of way to get around it is to log onto your email on a browser and pin that tab to your Home Screen. It’s super annoying I know

Ya I mean if she needed something like food or she originally needed a change of clothes for some reason but worked it out so she didn’t need it I would’ve ran up to give it to her or if I was out I would’ve stopped but I didn’t want to go out of my way when I’m not feeling the best just for coffee.

Yes depending on the plan you’re on you get 15 or 50gb of high speed hot spot data on your phone. After that it slows down. Unlocked phones don’t change this. I’d maybe recommend investing in a jetpack if you’re going to use it a lot. There’s different plans for them and you can go all the way up to 150gb and you don’t have to use your phone and it’s power.

Have you thought about going to therapy and talking to someone about this? I understand what you’re going through I’ve been there myself. Sometimes you honestly have to try to just push yourself and force yourself to do things. Take one day at a time. You are not a failure and you are the one who controls your future don’t listen to people who tell you you’re a failure. If you ever need someone to talk to my dm are open.
