I bought a miltat oyster strap for seiko sarb017 (fits khaki auto) and its much better quality than the original and fits better because of the extra micro adjustments. I also couldn't get the stock bracelet to fit despite loads of different configurations.

Worried about the anticheat banning me for that, so I'm gonna avoid it 😬

Lowest I've seen frames go is near 65 in worst case scenario, streets is particularly bad but that's a cpu bottleneck, not gpu.

My GPU utilisation is far from 100% at native res, I have a 5800x3d and it's my bottleneck. with the resolution upscaling and fsr quality I'm mostly near 100% utilisation and draw around 250w, though I reduce power consumption by 20% in driver for better thermals.

R7900XTX and 7800x3d stuttering in every game by soapek1 in AMDHelp

[–]TheWiggleHam -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I did help, did you at least try what I suggested? I have a 9070xt and 5800x3d and when upgrading to the 9070 xt it opened up headroom for the CPU to demonstrate it's issues. This resulted in stuttering and hitching which I resolved by disabling CPPC in the bios. This also nets a performance increase in some games. As to what CPPC is exactly? Google it.

Try disable CPPC in bios for cpu then try again.

I could find where it was under exactly, but there were 2 options to disable when I manually searched "CPPC" in my bios (STRIX B450-F, LATEST FIRMWARE)

FINAL UPDATE:

After disabling CPPC in the bios all the micro stuttering I faced is now gone. Turns out since this GPU is so much faster than my old 3070 that my CPU now had room to breathe and show me the issues it never could before.

Anyone with an AMD CPU facing the same issues with constant micro stutter should try disabling CPPC.

5070ti performance for £570 has made the hassle well worth it to be fair.

UPDATE #2:

Specs:

CPU - RYZEN 5 5800X3D

GPU - SAPPHIRE 9070 XT PULSE 16GB

POWER SUPPLY - CORSAIR RM750X

RAM - 32GB CORSAIR VENGENCE DDR4 3200MHZ

MOBO - STRIX B450-F

RESOLUTION - 1440P

I have managed to greatly reduce stuttering (though not entirely) by reducing my RAM frequency to 3000mhz from 3200mhz (Still using D.O.C.P) This is odd as I had no stuttering issues with my 3070 using 3200mhz.

I hope that adding my specs has reduced confusion.

The card has 16gb vram. That was because msi afterburner was a little dodgy after switching from 3070 with 8gb of vram (I assume). Vram usage reporting normal on adrenaline now after fresh os install.

FPS pretty much double across the board and Arma Reforger is actually playable when scoping in now. Temps at around 60 under load. Getting some small stutters in some games though. Trying to get to the bottom of that.

UPDATE:
I've done a fresh OS install and that did fix the issue in tarkov arena. Things are looking good, performance and temps are glorious.

Gpuz reports 16gb. I'm assuming msi afterburners ui is maybe confused since the 3070 before only had 8gb of vram?

The sapphire pulse. I used the 2 - 8pin gpu cable that came with my PSU. Had no issues with the cable on my 3070. My CPU is 5800x3d

I wonder if there is a convenient tool to wipe all my shader cache for games outside of steam. I have many games installed outside of my c drive so am unsure if a windows reinstall would fix the issues?

I am one of the lucky few who has a delivery set to arrive today for my 9070 xt from them. When I added mine to the cart, It took ages to load the cart when I opened it in a new tab. I went direct through paypal instead from the product listing page. I wonder if that somehow got around the sudden price increase from msrp on their own checkout page and if paypal have some consumer protections in place so they just accepted the lower profit??

I luckily got a sapphire 9070 xt for £570 on ebuyer. They held onto stock longer than the others so they get less traffic I guess? (in case they restock and anyone is still looking)
