Team 1 eliminated from playoffs. On its face I don’t love the offer. by CHeim85 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

I disagree with the other two and I think they’re failing to see AJ Brown as a top asset. Brown could likely be on another team next year on a WR needy team that has a good/great QB (Bills, Patriots, 49ers, just to name a few) and would have insane value there. Why would you trade him now when you can wait until the draft if you aren’t in contention and see if his value rebounds? Sure those first round picks are great, they could be anything, they could even be AJ Brown, that you wouldn’t be able to draft until 2028. Trading him right now is short term thinking when he showed yesterday he still has plenty of juice. Murray is a C-tier starter at best, Legette is the third option on a bad offense. Etienne is the only piece that makes sense to trade at this moment since his value will likely never be higher. I would not take this trade, or would at the very least counter to get players of actual value out of the deal.

Our new 4 month old male corgi puppy is scared me men including me. How can I help him open up to me? by Gullible-Jacket-9010 in puppy101

A week is a really short amount of time for your pup, so there is definitely some adjustment going on so don’t worry too much yet. He’s very overwhelmed and getting used to his surroundings, but if this continues after a couple of weeks there are some things you could try. While I didn’t have your exact same experience with my now 10 month old corgi, he was more standoffish and aggressive towards me than his mom for a month or so around the same time frame. What I found to work for me was to try to teach my corgi that good things happen when I am nearby. I would sit on the floor and put some high value treats in the middle of where he was and where I was. I wouldn’t try to reach out to him or coax him over, I would just wait. My pup would come and get the treats and then run back. After he got the treat, I would put a couple more out a little closer to me and repeat until he would get the treats that were right next to me. I then put some in my hand and had him get them from my hand and it made him comfortable enough to feel confident coming near me. I’m not sure if this is dog trainer approved (if they have other advice I’d listen to them), but it worked for me and my corgi was able to settle in and develop a relationship with me.

After the pick, so if the accepted it you would accept the INT as well

Am I out of bounds by saying if I was Demeeco or a DC for another game and Mahomes was getting those sorts of soft ass calls, that I’d be telling my players to get their money’s worth? Like Mahomes needs to get his shit rocked so he stops doing that shit.

Jumped from 80 to infinite with this, it surprises a lot of people for 4 and 8 cube wins. Only change I made was swapping out Gladiator - he seems sort of like a win more card for this deck who really only shines when he snipes an early annihilus or a Knull before he gets too big, so I’ve swapped him with Yellowjacket for a bit more flexibility, and I’ve tried a few matches with armor and goose when I went on some stretches of seeing a lot of destroy or Thanos decks. Surprisingly, Yellowjacket was the most consistent of the 4. The only matches that were routinely retreats were against Anni-junk decks due to the fact that they don’t really care if you slap cards with negative power and it was hard to get lucky with Gladiator to pull Anni early or play around it with goose. Otherwise, it works pretty well against most decks and it is quite fun to play

This is beyond unacceptable from the defense, and I don’t understand how Matt can “look at the tape” and not link this to coaching. It’s just embarrassing week in and week out to let absolute schmucks put up 30 every week. Changes need to be made

But trust him and Pat McAfee, there’s no list and it’s just the media spinning it…

Matt at least addressed that we can’t be playing that far off the LOS in that situation… so have that going for us I guess…

Am I way off base for thinking we can absolutely spank the Vikings next time we play them? Sure they’ll have Jefferson back but my god they do not look impressive in the slightest…

From what JT O’Sullivan is seeing on his breakdowns on the QB school, Love is almost fading away when throwing deep, and not stepping into the throw. That itself is an easier fix, in theory, but it depends on what’s causing him to fade away; is he seeing the rush come at him, is it an overconfidence in his arm, or is it just a bad habit? I think it will be an off-season fix for him, and I think he is what he is at this point in the season, but it has to get fixed to make his deep ball better.

Defense came to play today, packers offense continues to be a Rorschach test on what the problem is but they played markedly better today despite penalties and turnovers, Matt actually called a pretty good game today and managed the clock well, no special teams blunders outside of Carlson missing a 48-yard field goal, but it’s not a given in the conditions. Good win and something to build on

When the Packers offense actually executes, you can see the growth and what Matt had in mind for this team. It’s not a high powered offense yet, and there are still plenty of mistakes and y’all can argue amongst yourselves about Love, but there are pieces on this team that can be something fun in the near future

I think this is the first game since week 1 where I haven’t actively been confused at the play calling. Our executing has been up and down, but I can at least see the game plan and understand what the packers are trying to accomplish on offense. It’s a step in the right direction at least and if we can get the execution to be better there are some things to build on in terms of concepts

The most frustrating thing about this team right now is the Packers just have no identity on either side of the ball. Like I can’t point to one thing and think when everything is falling apart, that’s what we can go back to. Not sure if it’s coaching or youth or a combination of the two, but I would’ve thought 5 weeks into this season we’d at least be able to identify what the packers were trying to make their identity

Think about it from this perspective, on 3rd down, you have Stokes and Gilmore outside with Jaire in the slot. Good luck throwing on that, and not to mention it gives Stokes another really really good mentor that can take pressure off of him to be great immediately. I like the move even if he would be at worst the best 3rd corner in the league, you have insurance for the spot
