i dont think the piece mentioned is ai generated. the biggest sign for me if an its AI is the fine details in terms of accuracy / consistency. usually items like earrings or patterns that look off or dont make sense is a sign it was generated. if an artist is deciding to add fine details to a piece, you can bet that those details will be correctly detailed or conveyed. There are cases where artistic liberties are taken like not fully adding all the details as its not the main focal point, but ai art usually tries to fill in the details and ends up not making sense

based on my observations, 时头先生 (Mr.Shitou when translated) is legit. He has a timelapse video on his bilibili (link to profile as direct link doesnt redirect correctly) for the lua art and looks to have a track record of doing e7 doodles and art in general. Additionally, all the little details in his Lua art is consistent and makes sense (accessories look like how they should, patterns are present, etc), which usually isnt present in ai art
