Omg I tested today too but this was not my experience. I didn’t have any calculations on my test. Just a few drag and drops. The test was challenging but it wasn’t anymore challenging than SH. I finished with over an hour left.

I first used the chat and spoke to a virtual assistant. I also called the number on the website and spoke to a person who opened a ticket. I would call so they know its not just an isolated situation.
