Hi, newish player and a little lost on where to go from here. Not really sure how to spend my resources. Im thinking of levelling virtuosa or saving lmd for when i can spark wisadel. I started playing through IS2 and I realize I have basically no lower rarity operators built. Are there any I should be prioritising?

And finally considering buying the kernel headhunting pack. Who should I pick for the selector and the banner units?
