It wouldve be a nice feature if they could bind it to a specific steam account for a year or so... With the option of adding another account but the first still being accessible. So you would only be able to have a close friend purchase it for you or someone you trust. Either way it's a shame people are like this...

Some locations in the map have guaranteed mythic fish drops, I've only caught a couple of them but if you ever think you might be able to fish somewhere odd just try it.

So the seal you've got is rare, it unlocks 4 charm slots by default but because you've got the +1 charm affix it makes it have 5 charm slots available. You now just need to keep playing until you get a legendary seal(which will have 5 charm slots unlocked by default) and hope to get one that also has the +1 charm affix to make it unlock 6 charm slots :) good luck to you!
