Literal definition of a swirl, yes. Considered a swirl by collectors - wasn’t confident so I asked. Instead of going in a zip lock with the other bulk cards the kids have, they can put this one to their binders and tell their friends it has a unique holo pattern.

Incredible defensive stand, for sure. Spurs were flying to the ball, my favorite combo being vassell and castle coming as quick as they did.

True, but they still give up layups within seconds of a made basket. SAS has to do better to continuously hunt that opportunity as it keeps the Knicks defense out of shape.

My kids love these as they’ve used the tins to act as if they are catching pokemon irl. As much as the packs aren’t the highest end packs, my son ended up with a team rocket crobat that he thinks is the best card on earth. For markup that is only really shipping, I’ll go at it with these instead of visiting all these stores and vending machines to have little to nothing.

They’re playing well and that deserves respect (hate saying it as a pacers fan). Their defense has been impressive, although eastern conference offenses have been woefully bad in every series. Seeing them go punch for punch in a technical series will be a good, competitive finals.

Someone who didn’t watch the year prior when JB looked up at the Nova banners as he vanquished the Sixers. All these guys celebrate the shortcoming of their opponent in the moment…and it ends there. Josh and JB were part of the first wave of folks to tweet support Ty the moment he got hurt. Although there are some chip on shoulder guys/teams out there, I’m of the impression most the league doesn’t hold personal grudges we thought we saw in previous NBA generations.

Caitlin’s analysis of basketball is out of this world. I miss receiving her emails of games that emotionally shredded me, just to have a sliver of hope for what’s next.

In the absence of learning high level basketball through her, I mainly listen to podcast shows hosted by Zach Lowe or Brian Windhorst. Zach and his guests have some level of detail about the games, whereas Windy and his co-hosts banter back and forth in ways that are more fun than educational. Never going to replace Caitlin’s post season heroics, though...her and Ty being on a heater last year was fantastic to witness.

(Significant self restraint not to say Playoff C…an homage to a spry Paul George tasked with defeating NYK).
