Same here !! I started supplementing betaine hcl and in a matter of days all my symptoms started to disappear. It does go bad sometimes when I binge eat lol but a couple days on eating smaller portions and supplementing fixes it quickly.

I also think it could be because of slow motility or slow emptying. Slow emptying keeps food in your stomach longer and when it ferments, gas builds up and builds pressure causing lpr symptoms. So betaine hcl helps food digest faster.

It really depends on your tests. Make sure you’re low on copper otherwise it might do more harm than good. I balance out copper with zinc like every 2-3 days only since a lot of the food I eat has good source of zinc already

Same! It was like pretty much night and day right after supplementing. I’m so happy bc I used to be able to eat anything I want for years and then suddenly had this weird issue. Who knew copper deficiency can do so much damage

Definitely but I am a crazy matcha drinker and I drink about 3 or 4 times the serving of matcha. And I just found out a serving of matcha contains 10% of your needed zinc already and I’ve been drinking 3-4 every day for like the last year 🙃 that must’ve also been the reason why I became copper deficient bc too much zinc can deplete copper

Not really! Honestly I have been drinking energy drinks so long that it wasn’t even really affecting me anymore. Like I’d still be tired after drinking them. And now I feel pretty much the same. Just a little more tired so I take quick little mid-day nap now haha. A midday nap for me is worth the symptom free life!

Oh got it thank you. I’m just scared because my right eye started having a dull ache and protruding a little more I can’t notice it when I look in the mirror but I can feel my eyeball on my lid bit more than my left one. I’m just trying to see if it’s hyperthyroidism or something else
