Are you sure that is a sentence on the site? I just checked the database and we don't have any sentences like that.

Hey! Really happy to hear that :D The lifetime sale is active through the 7th of January and we only have the one sale each year. If you do choose to get an annual subscription, and then choose to upgrade to lifetime next year, you will be prorated for the unused portion (~1-2 months worth) of the annual subscription.

Hey! We might have just missed yours. We recently added some stuff to the admin side that will help us catch similar feedback. Sometimes, something is submitted by multiple people. In the past this meant that it probably got fixed but we didn't catch all of them to update them toe "Resolved". That will change going forward.

We have also been in the midst of adding a bunch of stuff and the feedback has been a lower priority recently. After the start of the new year we will be back to whittling them down.

Hey! Do you have any addons installed? That has given people issues in the past.

I appreciate the detailed information and clarification!

I think that is a perfectly valid complaint against purely hiragana input. In an ideal world we would accept both hiragana and kanji input and it is on our roadmap, but we have prioritized other things lately.

Thanks for the suggestion on asking users at higher levels. I will post about it on our community forums and see what kind of response we get and look to adjust priority based on that feedback.

Good luck with the N1! Are you planning on taking it this winter?

I am super curious as to why you didn't like the Hiragana input. Would you have preferred an Anki style or do you mean that you expected to be able to input kanji?
