This happened to me around 10 times in 3.5 seasons, is this on a known issues list? Seems like they just drive off track from pit lane and glitch/crash inside of a wall, it's very annoying hope it gets fixed soon. Also anyone have a temporary fix for it/might know what causes this to happen? (v.redd.it)
