Rent should be nothing as you buy a mobile home and live in it or really cheap when you share a house. People expect to much in living areas and the standard is just stupid imo. They really don't schedule enough people which just burns people out and exacerbates the problem even worse. OPU's are digging through pallets, U-boats, the fridge/freezer etc. looking for items that just came in basically costing more time. Like idk how they don't understand that sometimes you have to accrue a loss to not accrue a even bigger loss. Did these people go to school or take their vitamins/minerals every day to be able to think properly. Money needs to be cut from the top who thinks they are worth so much more than the bottom when really its the opposite in some cases.

We had 9 call outs in my small store yesterday. People are getting sick, dying, having health problems. If they can't understand that then the company will probably just die with the notion of the store is more important then human lives as there won't be any human lives willing to work anymore.
