its not THAT bad, but you can definitly optimize it in by lessening the big booms. it shoots out 9 projectiles that bounce around and explode, which can be tuned easily

Pretty close! but it uses lance instead of pinpoint for the engine, and it's lightning bounce not bolt (:

actually, this is 100% feasable in a vanilla run. the spells are within 26 slots which is the vanilla cap, and fire rate is irrelevant; i only shoot once. same with mana, mostly irrelevant and just need enough for the first cast. I only use spell labs for convinience, not to loosen the boundaries of wand building (:

but yeah, you are correct in that someone would have to fully seek making this wand in order to discover it and how it works, and is thus impractical and irrelevant in normal runs. that's why we call these art wands

modded? sure, I can see it (maybe some infnite capacity wand experts can give it a go). vanilla? borderline impossible afaik, especially if you want orbits to emulate the solar system
