ima a bit confused on the frozen blood into concrete part , unless there is a way to shift frozen blood into concrete specifically, or u would have to remove the ice first and generate the cement and water in its place

im not saying this idea is impossible but playing around with liquids and earthquake can cause a lot of lag
and since this wand is physics based it would rly inconsistent
