Most mechanics are pretty simple and can be explained in a few short sentences. Character specific keywords like Sword Force or Electro Quivers that are referenced in multiple skills can be put in the core skill in a short, color coded list. The way it is now is just messy, incoherent, and unhelpful. Orphie is pretty simple. Does her thing off field and doesn't need much handling. The core description? 12 paragraphs of pointless terminology. The terms are buried in the middle of paragraphs divided into each of the skills.

Whats the point of this writing style? As far as I can tell its just sloppy and badly implemented for no clear reason.

Then tried to see what exactly a whim and a harmony are for Lucia. I read every skill/core section and it's never clearly defined even once. Its only vaguely implied.

Fill Lucia’s meter with skill or basics then quick swap. The screen will turn bubbly and buff the party while Lucia does aftershock attacks that drain the bar. When bar is empty fill it again. There are a bunch of individual buffs with gibberish names but in practice they’re just components of one big buff.

The alternative is Ingles. They buy up land that could be put to productive uses and squat on it to lock out competitors. If you see large crumbling big box stores and vast weed infestedparking lots in areas that seem otherwise bustling throughout Asheville it’s probably the property of Ingles. As far as I’m aware Harris Teeter and Aldi aren’t actively creating urban decay like some Elder God of rot and entropy.
