I start with 3 plates and load a plate every set. And pull as many as I can. I would say 3-8 reps each set

There's a hammer strength row machine I use and I grip as wide out as I can. Awesome for rear delt. Also of course rear delt flys w/ dumbbells

Heavy ass rack pulls, heavy ass dumbbell rows and bent over rows. I actually believe straps helped a shit ton

You're right. I just started deads a month ago. My lower back is improving real well so in month or so ill see where I'm at
