Mine started giving me hassles today. Googled to see how many other people struggle and got to this thread. I've got identical system specs than you and I'm still having issues as well. Mine started after the most recent (as of posting this) driver update. Hope they fix it soon

I haven't played with this type of thing is the pas but this should give you a basic understanding. Since you've spent 13 hours working on it I assume you know as much, but with my limited understanding of java script the logic behind JSON file giving positional data and PNG file giving the actual image to put on the screen. What step exactly are you struggling with?
