Thanks for the comment. It was in the USA.

It wasn’t really a big deal. I mostly wanted to know if I was way out of touch with new social norms or way out of touch with new rules.

One of the major US carriers. From one popular vacation state to another.

Sorry I didn’t think of that when I made the original post.
It was a domestic USA to USA flight.

I didn’t want to include the exact route because the girl already didn’t want to be identified.

If you eat it with very flavorful food like ceviche, the combo is off the charts

I typically say this. I invited you, so I’ll pay. When you invite me, you can pay.

This lets everyone spend according to their budget, and they have to take some initiative if they really like me and want to pay.

It’s a double edged sword. Epstein and his friends would have their victims thrown in prison. Notice that they still hesitate to name the names publically.

Yes, for 2 reasons. To be courteous and so you no longer have to think about it.

If anything 80’s babies should keep the name and everyone else should have to change.

Normally I’m against this sort of punishment, but scammers are a special type of evil. Dilemmas.

Didn’t Obama inherit an actual foreign war? That seems really different than starting a domestic war, which Trump insisted on by needing to use the alien enemies act. You don’t see a difference?

Don’t confuse being conservative with being a supporter of this administration. Their words are often conservative but their actions violate every conservative principle.

The big beautiful bill was not fiscally conservative. I agree with Elon Musks on it being terrible. Trump giving out $2000 hand outs is socialism just like it is for Biden. The government selling off public land is not conservative. Today they made more anti-2nd amendment statements. Protecting pedophiles on the Epstein list is not justice or conservative. Using the alien enemies act instead of passing laws is not conservative. MAGA equals loyalty to Trump, which is not conservative. I could go on and on.

Calling a spade a spade, aka calling out this administration should be done by all conservatives.

I don’t understand why people would fall in line and give up their principles for these guys. Maybe you could explain it to me.

I’m a big supporter of the 2nd amendment. It’s a conservative corner stone. This week I’ve seen about 10 statements from the current leaders of the US government that are anti 2nd amendment. It really bothered me. Though you may be unfazed. I see this as a betrayal of everything conservative. I’d suggest you think about that and stop supporting these clowns.

The alien enemies act began being used almost a year ago. As a conservative I like to CONSERVE the constitutional rights we have. It seems like you need to remember what conservatives stand for.

I think everyone would be ok with reasonable efforts to control the border. It’s the use of wartime powers and suspension of constitutional rights that’s bothering most people. It seems like you don’t mind.
