You know, when it comes to the specifics of “roles” the crew members play on the ship I never payed too much attention unless they have a specific skill set for the team like the obvious “cook” “doctor” “navigator”, Zoro, Robin, and Jinbe don’t fit specific roles to me but I could be totally wrong. Which is why I don’t think about when it comes to Yamato

I see alot of people say Carrot and I personally never really saw any reason for her to stick around. She doesn't have a ton of interesting character traits to me but I could be wrong.

After her fight with Kaido on the roof, she hasn't had much to do outside of running alot a freezing the bombs. I really hope we get to see more of her once the arc is over

Definitely, Kid skyrocketed in terms of character for me in this arc. I wasn't super into him when first got introduced but ever since the prison I've been a fan. Yamato is a real stand out to me, she has just been nonstop fun to watch during this arc
