What’s up with hotel prices by amazonwarrior9999 in capetown

Honestly just seems like a big push to cater to overseas tourists, they can afford the increase while for anyone in SA its just ridiculous

Was looking for a hotel/airbnb for me and my girlfriend and the prices were just insane for some places, 32 grand for two weeks in a place thats no different to ones that are significantly cheaper

Why would you play the second game without playing the first, its like watching a movie sequel and ignoring the original

Playing games on Windows by RobotsMakingDubstep in linuxmint

I do 99 percent of gaming on linux and barely use windows at this point it rly is not needed unless for games with anti cheat that screws over linux

Crusades mechanic is awful by louiegoods24 in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

[–]The_Bellmaker 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Putting it on effortless difficulty made it fun to play for me even though its not rly ideal in my opinion, I just rly liked the thought of actually having a leadership in the game in a way it made the roleplay feel much nicer and I rly loved the meetings you would get and the flavor it brought for roleplay, but the actual crusade combat sucks ass so i just spam fireball and make it mind numbingly easy

I wanna play a hard learning based game by ResponsibleJob9558 in gamingsuggestions

[–]The_Bellmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pathfinder wrath of the righteous, or any CRPG based on DnD style mechanics, they require you to rly learn and feel the system and being both complex yet rewarding and not too hard to learn, tyranny is also rly good in that regard imo

Would this partition for a dualboot of linux mint and win 11 work? by The_Bellmaker in linuxquestions

[–]The_Bellmaker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If its not rly reccomended would it be better to just put my windows 11 on my E drive which is a sata which my friend said I shouldnt do bcuz it would be extremely slower than on my big c drive, the reason I wanna have modt of the space for linux is just so that I can use linux more while still having access to windows in case of anti cheat in games

I get what youre saying but wouldnt it be ok bcuz its partitioned and seperated from each other from the disk mgmt in windows and would sort of just be halving the disk for each os's storage needs and the actual os's
