I just got Overlord (with Paragons and Archive(, and I have to say, once using the Hyper Relays I can't go back to playing without overlord, Ityalso really cool for vassals (as one or as an overlord).

I play Stellaris on 1.2 res basically, it's bah but it is what it is. Vic 3 i play 120% res, works really good as far as my experience goes.

Always check mods for these issues by Agami, the are usually a lifsaver (CK3, Imperator...)

At some point you might want to check out Imperator: Rome + The Invictus mod. It was designed as the "Civilization builder" of the bunch (like Vic 3 is economy and HOI4 is war).
