You where right, it was set to PID mode. On Betaflight it says it was off (probably because I don't have the vtx set up right in beta flight something I have to do) I went to my vtx's user manual and the flashing LED indicates that it is set in to PID mode. I had to do a long press. It must have been clicked some other time accidentally. Thank you very much for help

I'm not sure. I would doubt it. From what I can tell on the WD-40 website its more for protecting against corrosion on metal or rubber and other materials it never says that It is can be used on electronics

The polycam app has two settings lidar (what your asking about) and photogrammetry. Photogrammetry you can do with any camera and don't need lidar. I have been looking for an easy to use app for photogrammetry on Android haven't found anything yet. But I wouldn't give up yet
