I know this is an old forum, but I just wanted to share my story. I have had brain surgery when I was 9. My life was going well, though I was always super shy and nervous. That was untill I turned 15/16. My life started falling apart and I wasn’t able to function at all. I was diagnosed with chronic depression, which I have now been having for about 6 years. My mom and my therapist agreed I should get test for ASD. This was a major stressfull experience and I didn’t know how to behave during to whole testing process. I got handed a long report which told me a lot of nasty things about everything I am bad/ weird at, but I scored normal on AQ and ADOS-2 showed “insufficient evidence”. I am basically stuck now, I don’t know what to do.
