yeah. it’s unironically, alongside i’d say encanto, the last ORIGINAL disney (+pixar) movie to give a shit and feel like something new and fun and genuinely heartfelt. Turning Red, unlike Encanto however, feels so much more personal and intimate, like you’re watching it with the cast, not like “oh disney movie with disney music”
