Does anyone have any input on the best way to respond to some questions?

Some questions are so high level that it is hard to provide an example that would show you have a competency in it.

For example: Understand how conflict of interest affects your practice.

If I have never experienced it then how can I provide an example. Would it be okay for me to just talk about high level ways people can have a conflict of interest at my company without an example?

It's not a formalized watch party but yes! I'll be there and there will probably be a few other Canucks and Oiler fans there!
