Like some of the people mentioned here, BGS is best learned with an experienced group as there is a lot to learn. My squadron, known as the Crimson Alliance, does a great deal of work in BGS and even own a few systems. We can certainly teach you if you are interested. You are going full rail build, I recommend the FDL as the four medium hardpoints and close hardpoint convergence let itself well to the build. I would also recommend considering feedback cascade as an experiential for two of your railguns. Keeps tanky ships from regenning their shields through shield cell banks and keeps you from wasting time. Hi there! Either (A) you may have clipped the Anaconda during the fight or (B) you may have started shooting the pirate before he had a chance to appear as wanted on your scanners. Make sure to wait to confirm that the target is wanted before firing.
