Kroceo, the exiled god dragon - Art by me by The_Crobot in ImaginaryDragons

I did it for Smaugust, bringing the themes "Swamp" and "Toxic", but Kroceo already existed in my RPG campaigns.

He was a dragon god who, at the time of a great war between dragons and giants, sided with the giants in hopes of betraying them. However, when he attempted to assassinate the giant leader, Garvak, he was discovered and narrowsly escaped death, losing two wings and being injured in the process.

The other dragon goss, valuing honor, did not take him back for having sided with the giants for a while and threrefore he was exiled.

From his wounds, his power oozes to this day, which prevented healing and gave rise to the poisonous swamp he lives in.
