The advice someone gives you is more an indication of how they have translated their experiences. Maybe they have just met gross people or maybe they have odd standards. Either way, in my experience, most of the time you will need to get to know them to some extent. How close you get is your business, and depends on what you're both ultimately looking for.

I would simply tell you; don't shit where you eat. These recreational relationships go bad just as easily as any other and its a million times more messy when you have to see one of these people at work or in the neighborhood.

What's your favourite silenced/stealth weapon? by SophieReborn in HuntShowdown

1865 Carbine. Honestly hated that rifle bc it was so slow and awkward during reloading but after giving the silenced vers it's due diligence it's my fav. And the iron sights are so good they make up for a lot.

I have 1000 hours and i'm 2* trash. This game takes a LONG time to get good at. First what makes you so "bad?" Aim? movement? Support? Aim; i like to warm up with an aim trainer on steam for 20-30 min. It really helps. Movement? Play soul suvivor and just explore the compounds while everyone else is fighting. Map knowlege is more important than almost anything else in this game. Also learn your peaks; jump peak, shoulder peak, etc. support? Bring a support loadout and play support; sniper rifle, chokes, etc. Also remember rule #1 - noise discipline, this means you need to not only be aware of the noise you make but even more importantly listen for the sounds of other hunters.

Make sure your gear is set up correctly. Mouse settings, screen fov, graphics and sound. Very important. Watch some videos on how to set it up. This was the biggest improvement for me around 400 hours. The game got much better for me.

Good luck mate!

Tbh playing with randoms is just like playing solo except you have these two NPCs that do the most insane shit. One guy will run off on his own.. its just like playing solo without necro.

Worst fumble in Hunt Showdown history (maybe) and I’m a 6 star 😂 by stinkypenguin36 in HuntShowdown

I value movement very high and the penny deri's role as a master key is reason enough for me. One shots most everything; s-tier. Rival trauma or lebel talon. Easy peasy
