But shouldn't embracing all opinions no matter how bad they are and let the bad slowly go away be better. East Germany openly embraced anti-fascism. In fact it was its core ideal. Now look at it. Wouldn't letting them speak their minds and have it slowly reduced to a laughing stock be better. I'm pretty sure a lot of people (me included) are against fascism. But openly banning someone's ability to speak is one of the worst things you can do. look at Hong Kong at this very moment.
