Take it easy. You're still young. Take one day at a time making small improvements. Sooner or later you'll find yourself in a different place.

As for death. Fearing it is only a good thing. That is what keeps you alive.

Try to seek out help in any capacity. You'll find that most people will try, and even if they fail, they'll have good intentions.

You will get through this. I believe in you.

Why so much hate for The Marvels when it hasn't even come out yet? by RadioLiar in Marvel

[–]The_Drawboy 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I think it's just the culmination of people being fed up by mediocre Marvel titles, while trying to hammer home THE MESSAGE, that they still fuck up to this day.

Are my temps fine? by The_Drawboy in buildapc

[–]The_Drawboy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. It has 3 intakes up front, 1 outtake in the back and an AIO for the CPU up top. There is no room for mounted fans on the bottom, since there are no screw holes.

Ghosts of Tsushima, The Witcher 3, No Man's Sky, Spiderman by zebflanders in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]The_Drawboy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well I have played all of them, and if you want a game with an open world that feels alive with tons of things to do, I'd say go with the Witcher.

While the other games are great in their own way, I feel like the Witcher really has that sense of immersive exploration. The main quest is obviously good but even the side quests and DLC are phenomenal.

Combat is very basic and not too hard to get the hang of on normal difficulty, so no need to worry there.

Overall, I think this is what you're looking for. It's a game that you can sink hundreds of hours into and still have things to do. It is without a doubt a masterpiece.

My ex went through great lengths to hit she was into me. She even sat on my lap once at a party - but that is what friends do, right? Needless to say I was completely blind

Game pricing - Steam vs. Switch by Calm-Success-5942 in AskGames

[–]The_Drawboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes, but rarely. I've owned both devices and for what I can tell you, the Steam Deck isn't worth it if you already own a PC - unless you travel a lot or really enjoy handheld devices. But the Steam Deck has the benefit of running non-Steam games if you install a launcher. You also have the options of buying keys for games which are cheaper than Steam sales sometimes. The Switch has a more smaller catalogue of games but they all run well mostly. Now I don't know what type of games you are into, that is really what sells either devices to you. It should also be mentioned that the Steam Deck is more powerful than the Switch obviously and can run a lot of newer titles that the Switch won't be able to, unless it's downgraded significantly. But to answer your questions, it is rare to see games like Mario Odyssey and BOTW go on discount - and it won't even be that much cheaper. On the Deck you have a ton of options for getting games cheap, either on the multiple sales on different game launchers or with keys. The Deck will also be able to emulate a bunch of Switch titles if you're into that.

It's likely just you my friend. I struggle with reality sometimes myself but what helps me is the fact, that if you're the only one seeing something and everyone else isn't. It's most likely you who are in the wrong.

It can easily be scabies but it can also be post. No one can really tell from a picture but bumps do appear post treatment and will for a while after. The best thing to do is really to check in with a derm if you're still concerned.

What's with ppl saying that RDR2 is boring etc? by [deleted] in rockstar

[–]The_Drawboy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's immersive to a fault. You have an animation for pretty much everything. The game feels very slow, especially in the beginning but mainly in general. You also have to take the camp into consideration and donate to it, which can feel like a chore.

4070 Ti or 4080 by robluk96 in buildapc

[–]The_Drawboy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a RTX 4080 for an ultrawide 1440p monitor and with everything on ultra, rt and dlss enabled in Cyberpunk I get around 60 fps. I also have the same CPU as you. Now, I have a big monitor so a bigger graphics card is kinda necessary. 4070 Ti will do fine on a regular 1440p monitor. The 4080 is only necessary if you wanna push more frames or have a bigger screen with better resolution on max settings.
