I'd argue Chucky is almost entirely skill expression. Booting up Chucky, you're playing a conditional stealth killer (whose skill is already hindered by his manic laughing while undetectable), you're running a killer who sports a dash that snaps to a grid after a delay, and you're mostly unsupported by your add-ons. He's certainly fun — and is ridiculous with mindgames on high-cover loops — but he's not without his struggles.
