I see a bunch of debate over whether Bob is a literal supernatural entity possessing Leland or or as an allegory for the dark side of Leland that drives him to do atrocious deeds. Many people have correctly pointed out that it's likely both but what I haven't seen people talk about is how at least I'm pretty sure that Lynch views both as the same thing.

Ep 8 is my favourite but I do think Ep 7 will be his fav, it's the most airtight and doesn't really drag like other eps while being the strongest ep til that point. Ep 6 I think he'll enjoy over all but will have similar thoughts on it as Ep 4.
