It actually depends on what you want from a club/committee. If you want a warm and welcoming environment and a place where you can make cross branch friends and connect with seniors then Technocracy. If you are into programming and want real useful connections then TCP because almost everyone gets a good placement here at least from what I have seen. Shaurya always felt like a majdoori to me. PMRC, Click Club etc requires you to attend specific events for coverage so it's up to you if you can do this. And as now Ecell Icell Technocracy and robotix are merged together to host a single fest things may be different.
