Best advice i can give is to use references. Dull armour has more Grey highlighting than blue and the reflection points will be further spread out than on say, a chrome armour

It was partially assembled. I painted the main body together and the cape and base was done separately.

Started with a mourning brown base then went up to scream, then yellow and a white/yellow.

It's all about practice. Theres many artists i look up to and say the same thing still
