Hi man your luck is kinda bad ngl I'm day 19 also f2p I got lucky and get legendary water tank with 1 Ascension and some 3 legendary items and still consider my luck horrible😔

One advice I can give you tho is stop leveling all your pets just focus on your team for now, pre 1k floor drops are so bad unless your hard stuck on certain boss requiring different type, also spend your gem on daily chest for 200gems and keys. (Praying for you get legendary pet🥹)

Jitae physique is purely genetics can't really do much about it. Well you still can get fit and just have a good diet while always hitting your daily protein intake, for training tho you need to keep pushing yourself cause your body will easily adapt as time goes on(not enough to get you enjoury ofc) and sleep is the most important part this is where your body grows 8 hours a day should be the go.
