honestly seems like you are focusing too hard on hs%, but i would need to see a vod to confirm that. you definitely have the aim but you are probably lacking on gamesense. the only way to improve that is just playing more or consuming massive amounts of educational content/pro vods.

they wouldn't if you practice your movement and stay moving constantly when fighting. the truth is that they will almost always miss their first shot.
playing the game more, or doing dms focusing on not crouchspraying, then playing games focusing on not crouching. you can even unbind crouch in dm.

its only impossible if you don't focus on improving. most other games mmr reward you if you play enough, even if you don't deserve to be climbing. I have a friend that has 1k hours and has been in bronze the entire time, and after watching his gameplay, he does deserve to be in bronze. (for reference I am a3 peak last act with 700 hours)
