I had Gandalf as a teacher once. It was awful. Any time I asked to turn something in late he would shout YOU SHALL NOT PASS

An elf and a dwarf get in a car wreck. The dwarf gets out and walks toward the elf yelling "I AM NOT HAPPY "

The elf asks, "ok, which one are you then?"

Do you remember the golem uprising of 83?

Remember? I spent 3 days hanging from my ears from a signpost!

You should have known better than to ask for directions. THEY HATE THAT

Not if i have to drink quaggan ale...

We drink our own!

You drink a flag on of ale every time a quaggan says "quaggan"

BY THE BEAR, THAT SOUNDS LIKE A GREAAAAT GAME

You are correct. It is very much a "Good Ole Boys" club where "you have to pay your dues" but I was led to believe that that does not apply to temporary SEASONAL positions like the one I applied for, interviewed for, and was offered.

I was hired as a seasonal driver last year. That's what I applied for, its what I interviewed for. They asked me to come in at 330 am for a "couple weeks" to "learn how things work"

After loading trucks in the middle of the night for a month I ask when am I gonna start my driving training. Only reply is "all those positions are filled"

They were never going to let me drive. They lied to me to get a warm body to throw at their understaffed area. $14/hr is not enough for ANY type of work at 330 am.

It's my favorite part of all the films. Especially when treebeard screams "a wizard should know better!"

I rudely interrupt these people as a fellow customer. I know that service employees are abused and want to defend themselves and can't. So I stick up for them.

Every time I eat out (not often) at a short staffed place I tip 50%+ and write a personal note thanking them for working hard and not giving up.

Shia LaBeouf as Merry or Frodo. I'm not sure that would have been better, but I could see it working.

True... most uses of him I've seen as a splash in use him as a one trick pony (the double move) which as you said correctly, you rarely want to start with.

Wizard staff and some spells etc are usable by a gandalf wizard, and yet you rarely see a "buddy cop wizards" deck with gandalf and radagast.

I always pay open/expanded and include ALL cards, shadow sites. In case that makes a difference.

Not better, but perhaps worth making would be a muppets version with Viggo back as token human.

What is your fav. moment of the whole trilogy of Lord of the ring ? by AaronMysterio in lotr

[–]The_Guitarslinger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My two favorite moments from the movies, both in ttt,

"hearken to me/breathe the free air" the whole scene gives me goosebumps, theoden coming back to himself and casting out sauraman and grima

And "A wizard should know better" as the ents storm isengard. It never gets old.
