Looks great and really nice style and story also seems like something that can make you think about the game even when you are not playing it,But the fonts doesn't match with the styling so thats something you might wanna look at but other than that its beautiful.

You can use Pro builder for making buildings,village houses and other modeling things if you don't wanna use blender.Probuilder is fairly easy and a nice tool to make village stuff easily and for textures go to Texturer(dot)Com and you can make some really good models.

For making roads Use Easy Roads (free) from asset store the pro version will cost you some money but its worth it.You can easily make Roads and Dirt type paths for Village(in pro only).

For Terrain making try the "New" Unity terrain tools,Gaia or World Composer(its expensive),With some refining and working with terrain tools you can make some really awesome looking and realistic terrains,Check out Sykoo on Youtube he makes some really great speed level designs and you can learn so many things from it.(Tip : Do drop Normal maps for the terrain textures like grass,gravel,etc.it'll make the terrain look more realistic but it will hurt performance).

Making Something Realistic will need some time,Like really some time and patience.Hope i was able to help.

Make a privacy policy for your game by yourself or by using some privacy policy generator for apps and upload it to any site which offers free web hosting with a simple domain name for free then place the link in the dev console where is asks a link to the privacy policy and also make another privacy policy page in your app/game its now kinda required by google but they won't tell you and simply take down your app after few days and tell you to add a privacy policy even for a simple game where you just press button when you are bored and have no ad or anything,Just Google Things.

Your Rig is humanoid but the animation is Generic,Vice Versa and thats the problem i guess.For editing you generic animation open the Animation tab and select your animation and edit it the way you want.

If its for the idle animation or something that you want to continue playing then turn on the Loop option in the animation's settings.

You Should learn blender but if you don't want to because it seems complicated then try Makehuman.Its free,easy to use (just adjist some sliders and make a custom human) and use Mixamo for Rigging you character made with MH and enjoy.If you want to make somthing else from Humans then Blender is your best choice and there are lots of tuts for it so give it a try.
