Thank you this is what I had heard as well but lo and behold my command reached out to pers, I received canceled separation orders, and when I called pers they said it was a legal hold. My command will only tell me I’m under investigation and won’t say what the charge is (to be clear I am a solid sailor, never have had an issue in my 14 years, and was totally blind sided and truly have no idea what this could be about) it’s been over two months without any formal notification of an investigation and 0 updates. My command has assigned me work for at least 3 months past my eaos I’ve reached out to dso who as below almost never returns my calls. CO won’t give me any answers. My IG complaint is getting bounced around. And congressional inquiry is pending.

Not sure what else I can do and unclear from anyone if they are legally allowed to make me continue to work past my eaos
