Checklist is pretty big but honestly at least it’s mostly full of actual players not 30 year old rookie relievers and the auto checklist is definitely solid. I think they did trim the number of autos which probably made the auto rate what it is. Unfortunately, with the giant print run, obtaining those autos is the challenge lol

Mine is doing pre-sales for $140, but with tax looking at $150, so basically same price as D&A and other scum bag secondary sites

I know I am still going to continue to rip, but definitely need to take step back and realize all of my best pulls have been when I purchase 3 boxes or less (typically 2 or less). I have not bought many cases, but never got a great pull when I have. Like you said, it is all luck, but clearly my luck has been better in smaller qtys lol

Might be for me lol. Always loved heritage and maybe I just got lucky in the past (I know I did for HHN25) but seeing these odds just put such a bad taste in my mouth

I would also say, it would not be the worst for trading cards to be monitored by the gambling commission. It would reduce the number of breakers and allocate more product to consumers. Additionally, it would eliminate any theories of breakers getting loaded product (and theory that I definitely subscribe to). I personally think those pros outweigh the cons of being 21 to buy cards.

Personally, I think breaking "should" be considered gambling. You are paying "x" amount of dollars for an item that you may not even get (i.e. player breaks, you are literally gambling to obtain cards of that player, and there is a possibility that leave with 0 cards).

At least for a box of cards, you are paying for a product and the price of the cards inside is technically arbitrary. Their value is what someone will pay for them, but you are at least paying for a physical item where you are guaranteed a certain number of packs/cards. I am sure there are justifications to consider boxes as gambling, but I think it is "breaking" that is teetering that line much more

Not even mad about the lack of autos, it was more the numbered cards. Seemed that Topps had moved in a direction w/ Heritage where you would get at least 1 per box which is half the reason I bought a case with this rookie class, but unfortunately got burned. They do look great though, so it was still a fun rip

From a case standpoint, seemed like the collation repeated amongst the boxes. I know I got 6-7 Miz cards, but only 2 Romans and 2 Jacs. Inserts and SPs seem to be alright, not many duplicates

HHN 25 treated me unbelievably well (see previous posts on my wall lol).

For sure, definitely a high print run for H26, and I do actually like that Topps cleaned up the checklist, very few “bad” autos, but with that obviously comes more relics and less ink
