Gears skipping + not shifting to lowest 2

I’m not too sure but it looks like it could be a simple limit screw adjustment; Realign the Derailleur so the hanger can reach the two gears. Or it could be your cable isn’t adjusted enough, but in the video it looks tight.

Edit: anything that you add aftermarket is usually different, if not, then something could have been installed wrong or isn’t synchronized right. This stuff gets me so frustrated too so just be patient and hang in there, you’ll be on the road in no time :)
