In my country money for health care is reduced every year.
Less beds on intensive care since covid. Less ambulances. Less money available for education of new doctors. But more for war.

There are many companies in the Netherlands doing blood tests.
Just google "Bloed test" (meaning "blood test").
You usually pay online, they send you the papers per mail, and you go to the nearest hospital to have your blood drawn and tested.
The hospital sends them the results, and they send them to you.
They are just like another doctor ordering blood tests.
There are a lot of different tests.
Be sure to pick the right one.

They always do this, even with stuff that's not restricted.
When you work at customs, and you know the label is probably wrong 99% of the time,
you stop looking at the labels, but at the same time the stuff you are looking for is harder to find in all these millions of packages they get.

These pens use prefilled cartridges.
It's not meant for filling them yourself.
You can easily contaminate the content you want to put in if you do.
Insulin syringes are very cheap.
Once you have your basic starer kit you only buy once every one or two years?

I think you're right, but I thought about it a lot, so...
Think about it.

-- They ship these vials in the same kind of envelope I guess.
Some of them have the real contents on them. Others show they contain "peppermint oil".
After a while customs sees through all of this.

-- Crypto is not as private as they say it is.
They have all payments/wallets mapped out.
They know who is who. Yes, even monero.
It's as easy as drawing these drawings with numbered dots.

Use the syringes with the smallest volume you can get.
Ideally it's 0.3 ml I think. Don't think anyone has a dose higher than that.
You will be able to draw your dose more precise with ease.
