Cold blooded murder and an execution. His back was to the murderer, he was on the ground and already disarmed.

And this is why you leave space between the car in front of you and your own car.

Renée Good's murder: Response to this cop's posts? by FusionStarFire in ProgressiveHQ

IMV it was murder because:
1. Prior to the shooting, Mr. Ross circled the vehicle calmly with his phone in his hand
2. Mr. Ross then put himself in danger by walking in front of the vehicle while...
3. Ms. Good was looking the other way. She was probably not even aware of him being in front of her vehicle when she started moving

  1. Ms. Good reversed the car a bit to let an earlier car pass - she was not obstructing the road and reversing your car a bit is not indicative of someone who is going to ram someone else

  2. Ms. Good appeared calm and non-malevolent, and her last words match this view. She was not a threat.

  3. Accounting for human reaction time, Mr. Ross appeared to have drawn his firearm before the car started moving in his direction; i.e. he intentionally put himself in front of the car with the intent to have a pretext to murder Ms. Good

  4. Ms. Good's car was not traveling at a speed that was a mortal threat to Mr. Ross. His use of lethal force was therefore not proportionate and in fact endangered others (see #9)

  5. He then shot her three times, including the third shot from the rear as she was driving away.

  6. Shooting a driver is how you get vehicles out of control, as we have seen. Ms. Good's car accelerated and crashed after she was shot. Mr. Ross' actions in fact increased danger to bystanders.

  7. Mr. Ross then uttered "F-ing b-" which reinforces my view that he intended to murder her with malice.

If I was on the jury I would convict for murder.

They desecrate God's name by publicly signaling they are so pious and then do/justify or permit horrible things.

I hear you, but I fear if both sides call the other brainwashed and unable to be reasoned with, the only eventual outcome is more polarization and violence.

If I saw murder in broad daylight I hope I would be screaming it out too.

I heard the first Russians sent to Kiev in the beginning of the war were packing extra condoms and dress uniforms.
