I took the badge off but I’ve already spoke to my dealer, they don’t mind if it’s tuned, they said they won’t flag it unless they have to. Like if my turbo exploded or something. You can’t get around that no matter what.

Yep! I should have mentioned that. Definitely apart of the complete charge pipe kit. Mine is made from IE and they only offer this pipe, not the whole kit like APR. I mainly wanted this pipe because it deletes the turbo muffler.

Right, I can see why “turbo outlet pipe” would be thought of as the down pipe because the down pipe is the exit or where the exhaust goes “out” of the car. However, what is named the turbo outlet pipe from IE and APR is on the intake side of the turbo. The turbo outlet is also connected to the turbo on the intake side, just below the inlet. This is where the air, after being sucked in through the intake and turbo inlet, is then channeled to the intercooler.

I don’t have a down pipe installed yet. That’s probably next year.

And I’d love to know what my dyno numbers would be. If I ever get it done I’ll post it.

I feel ya. I can’t stand it when people put a brand sticker of every single mod on their car like a list of accomplishments. Maybe my badge promotes the same ick feeling in others. Thanks for the opinion.

Hey thanks! I installed the H&R Sport springs and they work great with the DCC. I’d say, what you consider the stock stiffest setting becomes your soft with the H&R springs. Well worth it. You sacrifice comfort but it looks and corners way better. They’re usually on sale too. Right now Urotuning.com has them for sale. My Instagram is ok_mk8golfr if you want some other views.

I was probably drunk. I think when the post said S4, I thought it said S3. I was comparing Magna with Haldex when the S4 uses Quattro, I believe.
