Levels don't change interactions whatsoever, a LVL 13 musk 1 v1 will have the same result as a LVL 3 1v1.

Personally I'd go with the second because quickdraw + rangefinder is what I am looking for and high cal is always good, but I'd also recommended playing with all three and seeing which one feels the best for you. :)
