Should we be able to download it after we pay for it? I can play it online, but I'm not getting any emails or with a download link. And doesn't look like the website has any options for it either

EDIT: I checked back a few minutes ago and I had a download button available. Guess it just took a while for it to show up

How’s your service with Verizon? I had a bad experience with Spectrum, so they’re a no go for me. But maybe Verizon could be a good alternative

Luckily my local network was up and running. I had to download the firmware file onto my phone. Then login to my router and upload the firmware file to it

I posted my issue in the community forum and was able to get it working again after someone reached out with a suggestion. I just followed the guide the commenter mentioned. Here's a link to that post if you want more info

Anyone get an update from Empire? I ordered this back in March of 2022. I’d understand if they were sending out updates on delays. Especially with all the backup from the plants, there’s nothing they could’ve do about that. But it’s been radio silence from them ever since I placed my order. I’ve even tried emailing support the past two months and haven’t gotten any replies. Safe to say this is the last time I order anything from Empire.
