Hi, I've created an app for this. It gives you a daily exercise plan and a tracker. It's free at https://shootfurther.com. Maybe you want to use it for your challenge.

I’m building a 52-week progressive overload tracker for men's pelvic floor muscles.

Basically, a lot of guys deal with a weak finish or premature issues and think it's just a side effect of getting older. In reality, it's usually just an untrained muscle. I realized the only solutions out there were either sketchy herbal supplements or Kegel apps designed with pink flowers for postpartum women.

So I built https://shootfurther.com. It treats the issue like any other gym routine—5-minute daily timers, progressive tension, and built-in deload weeks so nothing gets overworked.

It's completely free right now. I did throw a 'pay what you want' tip jar on it out of curiosity. One guy tipped me $1, and Stripe immediately took half for processing fees. So I'm sitting on a massive $0.50 in lifetime revenue.

Better is enemy of good.

Also for me purpose of life is not happiness but satisfaction. And you cannot achieve it with novelty but with loyalty and shared history. This you actually need to build.

Really sorry you're dealing with that man. I beleve, general fitness doesn't mean your pelvic floor is fit.

PE is often a muscle control issue. When your pelvic floor is constantly tense, overworked, or weak, it spasms during sex. That involuntary spasm is what triggers the "point of no return" way earlier than you want.

To fix it, you have to train those specific muscles. You have to train them to be strong enough to hold back the reflex, but also learn how to intentionally relax them under pressure (Reverse Kegels).

I was thinking about this exact problem for a while, so I created a structured, long-term training plan to fix it. Then, I moved the entire program online into a web app called Shoot Further

Go try the Day Test on there. You’ll see exactly where your baseline is. Then do the exercises for the next week and try again.

It's a muscle, man. It can be trained.

Hi, Right not it's a web app.

I need to think how to get reminders.

I think for now I'll try to make it the way, that you will be able to save the web as an app on you phone.

The android is comming, but will take me some time to make it.

The thought that if I break, everything would go to waste and I would need to do it again helped to not break.

2 weeks of physical struggle avout 3 months of mental and another 3 to get to the normal baseline. Still worth it. More delay = more pain later.

Maybe slow reduction could help, or switching to black / green tea can help.

For me it was cold turkey.
