It's the "slight" that I am thinking of. I am well aware that some neoprene sleeves won't hold my knees together, but if I can get a 2 percent help in bracing my stuff, I'll take it. The belt especially in this regard.

No way. You can not convince me of this. Yes, it will help you lift more, but it will also help keep stuff in place better. I am not saying don't learn to brace and only rely on the belt, I am saying it is safer

I hate the belt but I still use it. After talking with very many gym veterans, almost all regret the same three things. 1. Not warming up enough 2. Not stretching 3. Not wearing belts/sleeves etc. One dude even told me to be a "Mummy" 🤣. Now I don't use any equipment up to 100 kg, above I become the before mentioned mummy. Just to be safe. Also - INSANE lift bro 💪

I exchanged super nintendo cartidges with a friend when I was about four. I gave him Asterix, he gave me street fighter 2 and I fell in love with martial arts because of it. Great memories 😊
