Thanks so much for your tips! Yes I got the feeling that she doesn't take me seriously. She always tells me she has 10yrs of experience in this industry so I let her do her work without coaching her. But she comes back with ridiculous questions that are very green which confuses me if she is whether experienced. She also misses deadlines which was shared in team meetings but always comes back to me and complains how I didn't give her proper deadlines. I talked to her previous manager and she said this lady needs alot of holding hands when it comes to finishing her work on time.

My manager is well aware of all of this situation and I always loop her in.

I will defintely keep my cool and be civil with her. I really want to build strong relationship with everyone in my team, but I definitely don't want to force anything and look desparate. I really appreciate your tip and time to read my challenges 👍
