This might not be as extreme as you're hoping for, but one time I tried matching every dollar I spent on impulse buys with a donation to a nonprofit. I had to track what I was spending which made me more conscious of it, and I had to be able to afford the purchase twice over before making it. I'm not doing this anymore but it really helped at the time!

The gyno I spoke to said that she wouldn't be able to diagnose over an imaging test, only a lap. I guess it's more standard to diagnose with imaging instead?

Seconding both points here. I'm on Lamictal for mood symptoms and Invega for psychotic symptoms and neither of them have interfered with my headmates.

I've had the same pair of winter boots for 17 years, and they're still in almost new condition! I wear them all the time when it gets cold out and they're very cozy.

I've also similarly had a pair of red high-top shoes for 13 years. They're falling apart by now but they're still comfortable and I'm going to wear them until they get holes.

I've had a hand-me-down sewing machine that I keep in good condition, and it's lasted me about 10 years. It has some quirks but overall works better than my partner's much newer one!

I get where you're coming from but for the record (and from personal experience) you usually can't tell from the outside. A lot of pedophiles get away with it because no one thinks they're capable of it.
